Then I realized, yeah, I’m actually 29, a good 40 years under the average perceived rocking gramma stage (not a real stat).. Plus we don’t even have a front porch yet.That’s the rocking chair’s natural habitat!.So is it OK that I have these chairs, these outdoor chairs, willy-nilly about my house?.

Yes, of course it is.It’s just a rocking chair.. And it’s pretty.

They both are.. They’re inside right now, just because it’s so cold, but they’ll head out to the back deck probably next month..

They have this really glossy navy blue paint on them right now, and I’ll probably play with them just like this for the Summer, but in the Fall when I bring them back in, I think I’ll probably paint them something a little more neutral, so I can continue to use them willy-nilly in any room of the house..get fancy and try something a little different, but you don’t have to.
